What a fabulous find. This team knows their coffee. We had a great conversation about their drinks and philosophy. They have fun innovative specials . Latte was balanced and delicious. I also enjoyed a new offering- spelt quionoa croissant. It was vegan and I loved it! Their menu is classic and well prepared. Their baked offerings were enticing! Parking and access is easy. Plenty if traditional, vegetarian and vegan options available. Highly recommend for a pleasant spot for a coffee date or your daily coffee run. Hard to go wrong here! Instead of a coffee pic here’s a Todd pic capturing the vibe.
We love Rise and Brew, the staff are super friendly, while not a large shop, we go at an off-time/day and never have a problem finding a seat. They make great coffee and have yummy snacks, and go a step beyond to make their product special. This shop has become our go-to neighborhood coffee stop!
I love Rise N Brew and don't get there as much as I would like. The coffee is great and the bagel sandwiches and other food is excellent. It's a close and cozy atmosphere and a good place to connect with friends.
I’ve been coming here consistently for a few months, and it’s one of the only places in Turlock that knows how to properly do a cappuccino, alongside with La Mo. Great spot.
Rise n brew is such a gem here in Turlock. Not only is their coffee delicious and strong (no complaints here 😉), but their variety are pastries are fresh and tasty. The cherry on top is the cute and welcoming ambiance they’ve created. When it’s a full house it’s nice to hear chatter and warmth in a coffee shop!
Im from Modesto and happened to be in the area and I have to say they have very good espresso and drip coffee. I enjoy the fact that they really put an emphasis in making a good quality cup of coffee and not just a overly sugary beverage. I easily give this place a 5/5 and rated higher than almost every coffee shop in Modesto.
This new place is so cute! And the staff are truly amazing! It was my first time going today and first impressions were great. I'm a coffee fanatic, so I really enjoy cute, nice coffee shops! Especially one's that know how to do latte art. I will for sure be coming back!
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming—perfect whether you’re stopping in for a quick pick-me-up or sitting down to get some work done. I often meet my clients here, and it’s always a great setting. The coffee is consistently excellent—smooth, rich, and clearly made with care. As a vegetarian, I usually struggle to find good options at coffee shops, but their veggie sandwich is absolutely delicious! What really makes this place special is the staff: always friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Every visit feels like a treat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great coffee, great food, and great vibes!
Excellent coffee. Well crafted latte and homemade tart made with passion. Nice staff, though I can see what other reviews are saying about them being a little distracted, and if they were busy maybe my experience would have been worse. I see that as less of a problem though because people shouldn't have to be customer service automatons and they were still more than happy to help and checked on me too. Nice to find a place this cozy and comfy in the central valley.
I love everything about this place. Only wish for whole wheat bread options or more sugarfree options for my own health. Besides that, it's my favorite café now. I feel so at peace here. I've tried: An Affogato 9/10 A SF caramel iced coffee with nonfat milk 6/10 A Tomato Basil Pesto sandwich 9/10 A SF caramel macchiato with no drizzle 8/10 A raspberry beignet 3/10 (it was okay) I would try their other treats if I didn't have restrictions! :) They look delicious!
